How much are HOA assessments?
- 2023 assessments are $525. They are due January 31, 2024, and will be considered late on February 1, 2023.

What benefit do I get from paying my assessments?
- Assessments fund the HOA budget and pay for common area landscape, water, maintenance, and repair. It also includes items like street lights and the retention pond pump.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE APPROVALS
Why do I need to get permission for a home improvement?
- The HOA deed restrictions specify what approvals need to be sought when making improvements in order to maintain the look and feel of the overall community as well as the overall value of the homes.
What kinds of items require Architectural Committee approval?
- See Article VI – Section 6.1 of the deed restrictions for official details
- Any exterior modifications or additions to your home or any structure being erected, placed, or altered on any lot in Pearland Farms must have prior written approval from the Architectural Control Committee. This process may take up to thirty (30) days.
- Examples of items commonly submitted are swimming pools, generator installation, changing a house’s exterior paint colors, solar panel installation, fence alteration, garage additions, storage sheds, and driveway alterations.
How do I submit something for Architectural Control Committee approval?
- This committee’s functions are handled by the Board of Directors.
