ABOUT PEARLAND FARMS

Pearland Farms is located at the southeast corner of Magnolia Drive at Veterans Drive in the heart of Pearland, Texas.  The entrance is on Magnolia Estates Blvd, just west of the Magnolia railroad overpass. We’re close to Pearland High School, the Pearland Natatorium, Pearland Junior High South, Magnolia Elementary School, Independence and Centennial Parks.

ABOUT THE PEARLAND FARMS HOA

Pearland Farms Homeowners Association is self-managed. To help reduce costs and encourage community involvement, the Board is responsible for the daily operations and business of managing the 78 lots of Pearland Farms.

The HOA ​Is responsible for enforcing deed restrictions, adopting budgets, assessing and collecting HOA fees, and maintaining common areas of the neighborhood. These common areas include:

  • The entrance and landscape easements along Magnolia Estates Blvd, 
  • The 2-acre retention pond with walking path located between Old Holly and Curley Maple Drive. 
  • The easement along the fence on Veterans Drive between Pine Mill and W. Cedar Trail Drive.
